Which wallet should I submit to fox.exchange?
fox.exchange asks for the target crypto wallet in order to send you your exchanged cryptocurrency. For example: You selected to exchange Bitcoin with Ether, so you would need to submit the address of your Ethereum wallet. Need a wallet? Why is my cryptocurrency wallet address considered invalid?
fox.exchange supports most of the wallets. If your wallet address is not recognized and displayed as invalid, there is always a reason: For example you confused Dash (DASH) with Dashcoin (DSH). These are two different coins with two different kinds of addresses and wallets. Or you confused Factom (FCT) with Fantomcoin (FCN), different currencies as well. Maybe it was a typo or a missing character. Make sure that the address you specify matches the actual address of your wallet.
No worries, fox.exchange will notify you if the wallet you submitted is invalid before the exchange will process.
Do I need to submit my email?
No. fox.exchange is a private service so there is no need to register to the service, you can leave the email field empty.
However, we recommend you to submit your email so that all the information about your exchange will be sent to your email.
What is the minimum/maximum amount?
fox.exchange doesn't have fixed amount restrictions. The minimum and maximum amount depend on various factors involving the current market situation and exchange funds. If you select an amount that is too low or too high, you will see a message.
What are the network fees?
The network fee, also called the "miners" fee is a cryptocurrency transaction fee that is charged to users when performing cryptocurrency transactions. The fee is collected to reward miners for maintaining the cryptocurrency blockchain network.
You need to pay the blockchain fee to ensure your cryptocurrency transfers arrive in a timely manner. The blockchain network fee is one of the main tools used to speed up cryptocurrency transactions, which are often slow due to high congestion on the blockchain network. The lower the blockchain fee, the lower your transaction's priority is in the network.
When can I expect to receive my money?
fox.exchange transactions usually take 5 to 30 minutes to be processed. If a transaction is large (around 1 BTC worth), processing may take longer depending on the size of your transaction and blockchain capacity. You can check the cryptocurrency charts to see the network congestion.
How do I cancel my transaction?
Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Once the money is sent, it cannot be rolled back. So if you are going to exchange cryptos, make sure you rigorously check all the payment details prior to sending money.
What will happen if I close the browser tab?
If you have transferred the amount, then you can safely close the browser tab. Our system will automatically complete the transaction, and the amount will be deposited into your target wallet address. Just keep the Order ID with you for any follow-ups.
Note: By submitting your email to fox.exchange, you will get detailed notifications with each step in the exchange.
I sent funds to the wrong address. Can I recover my funds?
Unfortunately not. Once funds are sent to a wrong address, there is nothing we can do to recover them. This is why it is extremely important to double-check the wallet address you enter while sending funds.
